COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management course provides students with comprehensive knowledge and skills essential for managing complex supply chains and logistics operations. To complete the program, students must undertake a series of core modules totaling 180 credits. These modules cover fundamental areas such as research methods, enabling students to develop strong analytical and investigative skills necessary for evidence-based decision-making. Engineering Resource Planning explores the integration of engineering principles with effective resource management, while Project Procurement and Contracts equips students with the knowledge to manage procurement processes, contractual obligations, and supplier relationships effectively. Operations Engineering and Logistics focuses on optimizing operational processes and the efficient movement of goods and services, while Enterprise Systems introduces students to the digital platforms that underpin modern supply chain operations. Strategic Planning for the Supply Chain develops the ability to design and implement long-term strategies to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness. The course culminates in an Individual Master’s Project, allowing students to apply their acquired knowledge to a practical or research-based project, demonstrating problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management capabilities.
