COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Digital Transformation course requires students to complete a comprehensive set of core modules designed to develop advanced knowledge and skills in managing technology-driven change within organisations. The program begins with Enterprise Systems, providing an understanding of integrated software solutions and their role in streamlining organisational processes. Students then study Technology Optimisation and Integration, learning how to effectively align and enhance technological resources to improve efficiency and performance. Strategic Information Systems Planning equips learners with the ability to design and implement technology strategies that support business goals, while Digital Change Management focuses on leading and managing organisational transformation in response to technological innovation. Business Intelligence and Technology Entrepreneurship develops expertise in using data-driven insights for decision-making and identifying opportunities for innovation and enterprise within a digital context. Principles of Project Management ensures students acquire the skills to plan, execute, and monitor technology projects successfully. The course culminates in an Individual Master’s Project, allowing students to apply their learning to a substantial, research-informed project, often with practical relevance to industry. By completing these modules, graduates gain a strong foundation in digital strategy, technological implementation, and project leadership, preparing them for advanced roles in digital transformation, IT management, and technology consultancy across a range of sectors.
