COURSE CURRICULUM

The International MBA course requires students to successfully complete a series of core modules totaling 180 credits, designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of global business management. Students begin by exploring Strategic Human Resources Management, gaining insight into effectively managing people within international organisations and understanding the role of HR in driving business success. Global Marketing Management develops expertise in international marketing strategies, consumer behaviour, and brand management across diverse markets. Managerial Finance equips students with the analytical tools needed to make informed financial decisions and assess corporate performance. In Global Operations Management, students learn to optimise operational processes and supply chains in a global context, while the Entrepreneurship and Innovation module fosters creativity, problem-solving, and the ability to launch and manage new ventures. Strategic Management and Leadership focuses on high-level decision-making, organisational strategy, and leadership skills required to guide international organisations. Students also undertake a substantial Business and Management Research Project, which allows them to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world business challenges, develop analytical and research skills, and propose innovative solutions. For students on the 18-month pathway, an Integrated Pre-Masters component provides foundational knowledge to prepare for the core program. Upon completion, graduates are equipped with the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills necessary to excel in senior management and global business roles.
