In Year 1, the focus is on building a strong foundation in business and human resource management. The Digital Business Environment (20 credits) covers the impact of digital technologies on business models and strategies. Introduction to Human Resource Management (20 credits) introduces students to key aspects of managing people in organizations. The Behaviour in Organisations module (20 credits) explores organizational life and employee behavior, while Finance for Managers (20 credits) provides an introduction to accounting and financial principles for non-accounting students.In Year 2, the focus shifts to more specialized topics such as Employment Law in Context (20 credits), which covers legal aspects of the employee-employer relationship. Management Development (20 credits) helps students build soft skills essential for managerial roles, while Recruitment and Selection Strategies (20 credits) explores methods for hiring the right employees. The Adding Value through HR (20 credits) module emphasizes the importance of HR in adding value to organizations.
