COURSE CURRICULUM

The Commercial Servicing Skills module provides practical experience in servicing horological products, an essential skill for professional horologists. Advanced Production Techniques introduces students to new methods of production and finishing, enhancing their skills in both traditional and emerging technologies. The Commercial Awareness module teaches students to develop business plans, equipping them with skills for entrepreneurship or industry roles. Optional modules like Live Project and Work Placement give students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, gaining hands-on experience.In the final year, students focus on advanced studies and skill development. The Major Project allows students to undertake an in-depth research project, either as a dissertation or practice-based portfolio, demonstrating their knowledge and personal interests.
