COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA program can be completed full-time over one year or part-time across two academic years, combining taught modules with a substantial Capstone Project. Students take 120 credits of classroom-based modules covering core aspects of business and management, including Corporate Communications, Managing People and Contexts, Strategic Marketing and Analytics, Managing Careers and Professional Development, Financial Decision Making, Sustainability and Governance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, and Organising and Presenting Investigations. These modules develop practical and analytical skills, preparing students to address complex organisational challenges. The program culminates in a 60-credit Capstone Project, which can be undertaken as either a consultancy project or a research-based dissertation. In the consultancy option, students collaborate with an organisation to investigate a real-world issue, develop recommendations, and report findings, ensuring the project aligns with both course learning and employer needs. In the dissertation option, students produce a research-driven report using primary and secondary sources, developing a proposal and engaging with ethical approval processes under academic supervision. This combination of taught modules and applied project work enables students to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, enhancing problem-solving, research, and professional skills. Graduates leave the program with a comprehensive understanding of contemporary business practices, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to apply strategic insights in diverse professional contexts.
