COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA (Hons) Business and Management course in London is structured over three years, progressively developing students’ knowledge, skills, and professional capabilities. In the first year (Level 4), students build a foundational understanding of the business environment through modules such as The Business Environment, Organisational Behaviour and Management, Economics and Globalisation, Managing Data, Design Thinking for Enterprise, and Professional Practice. These modules introduce core concepts in management, economics, and enterprise while developing essential analytical, problem-solving, and professional skills. In the second year (Level 5), students deepen their understanding with a focus on creativity, innovation, and functional areas of business. Modules include Creativity for Business, Innovation Management, The Marketing Business, Operations and Project Management, International Business, and Human Resources Management. This stage encourages practical application of theory, critical thinking, and development of strategic and managerial skills. The final year (Level 6) prepares students for professional practice and leadership roles, with modules such as Business and Management Project, Enterprise: Creating Your Business, Organisational Strategy, Managing Sustainability, and Leadership and Management. Students complete an independent business project and explore enterprise, strategy, sustainability, and leadership, integrating their learning into practical and research-based outcomes. By the end of the programme, graduates are equipped with a comprehensive understanding of business principles, strong professional skills, and the ability to pursue diverse careers or further study in management and enterprise.
