COURSE CURRICULUM

This MBA program offers a structured and comprehensive curriculum designed to develop advanced management knowledge, research capability, and practical business skills. The compulsory modules studied in the first semester include marketing strategy, professional competence in education and employment, international strategic management, and organisations and people, which together build a strong foundation in strategic thinking, leadership, organisational behaviour, and global business analysis. In the second semester, students undertake management research and finance for managers, developing essential research skills alongside financial analysis and decision-making abilities required for effective management roles. During the summer period, students complete a major 60-credit core component, choosing either an applied business project or an MBA dissertation, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge to real organisational challenges or in-depth academic research. In addition to the core curriculum, students can personalise their studies through optional modules worth up to 30 credits. These options include financial technology, e-marketing, financial ethics and regulation, new venture creation, and knowledge management, enabling students to explore contemporary topics such as digital transformation, ethical financial practice, entrepreneurship, and the management of organisational knowledge. Overall, the program balances theory and practice, providing students with a broad understanding of modern management while allowing specialisation in areas aligned with individual career goals.
