COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Supply Chain Management and Logistics program is structured to provide students with both strategic insight and practical skills required to lead complex supply chains in a global context. The core modules begin with Introduction to Supply Chain Management, which lays the foundation for understanding end-to-end supply chain processes and operations. Designing Global Distribution Networks and Fulfilment Systems focuses on planning and optimising distribution strategies to ensure efficient product delivery across diverse markets. Designing Sustainable Supply Chain Strategies equips students with the knowledge to create environmentally responsible and resilient supply chains that meet modern sustainability standards. Managing the Digital Supply Chain explores the use of digital technologies, data analytics, and digital platforms to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making in supply chain operations. Principles of Procurement introduces best practices in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement strategy, essential for reducing costs and adding value. The program culminates in the Business Transformation Projects module, a 60-credit capstone project where students apply their learning to a real-world or simulated scenario, integrating strategic, operational, and digital solutions. Additionally, students select one elective—Analysing Big Data, Management of Traditional Projects, Developing People, Leadership and Capabilities, or Managing Cloud-Based Business Solutions—allowing them to specialise in a specific area of interest and enhance their employability in dynamic supply chain roles.
