Managing Customer and User Experience examines the design and optimisation of customer interactions, ensuring engagement and satisfaction across digital platforms. Social Media Marketing develops expertise in leveraging social channels for brand awareness, engagement, and growth, emphasising content strategy, analytics, and campaign effectiveness. The program culminates in the Digital Transformation Project, a 60-credit capstone module that allows students to apply their learning to a real-world business challenge, integrating digital marketing strategy, analytics, and creative problem-solving.
