COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc Project Management program is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of both traditional and contemporary project management practices through a combination of core modules, electives, and a final project. The core modules cover essential areas such as Management of Traditional Projects, which develops foundational project planning, execution, and control skills, and Project Analytics, which equips students with data-driven tools to measure performance, assess risk, and optimise outcomes. Agile Methodologies in the Digital Business Environment introduces flexible, iterative approaches for managing projects in dynamic, technology-driven contexts. Project Management Tools and Techniques focuses on practical skills for implementing effective project processes, while Developing People, Leadership, and Capabilities emphasises team management, leadership strategies, and the development of organisational talent. Students also select an elective module, such as Managing Cloud-Based Business Solutions, Managing Customer and User Experience, Analysing Big Data, or Introduction to Supply Chain Management, allowing them to specialise in areas aligned with their career goals. The program culminates in a 60-credit Business Transformation Project, where students apply their learning to a real-world challenge, integrating strategic planning, analytical skills, and leadership to deliver actionable solutions. Collectively, these modules prepare graduates with the knowledge, practical expertise, and professional confidence required to lead projects, drive transformation, and succeed in diverse industries globally.
