COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business Management program at Arden University is structured to develop the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage in a global, digitally-driven business environment. The module Managing Digital Transformation and Innovation focuses on understanding emerging digital business models and strategies to drive organisational change, while Leading Global Teams and Organisations develops the ability to manage culturally diverse teams and navigate cross-border collaboration effectively. Financial Management equips students with the skills to analyse investment opportunities, make informed financial decisions, and understand the dynamics of global and domestic markets. Managing the Global Market provides insight into international trade, cross-cultural marketing, and global supply chains, enabling students to operate successfully in diverse business contexts. Developing Globally Sustainable Strategy teaches students how to formulate long-term, sustainable business strategies that create competitive advantage and address environmental and social responsibilities. Competing in the Digital Economy explores the impact of technological innovation on market competition, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies, preparing graduates to respond proactively to digital disruption. The program culminates in the Transformation Capstone Project, a 60-credit module where students conduct an independent study on a real-world business challenge, applying research, strategy, and analysis to develop actionable recommendations. Collectively, these modules equip graduates with strategic insight, leadership capability, and practical skills to succeed in international business and global management roles.
