COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc International Business Management at ARU provides a comprehensive education in global business, preparing students to navigate the complex challenges and opportunities that shape contemporary international business strategy. From the start, students explore political, technological, and economic concepts, learning how these factors influence decision-making in globalised businesses. The course equips students with practical skills and knowledge to manage operations across national borders, addressing issues related to international trade, legal systems, financial constraints, and dispute resolution. Through modules in international business strategy, trading, contracts, global operations management, and sustainable supply chains and logistics, students develop a well-rounded understanding of both service and manufacturing principles, fostering a global mindset for effective operations management. A key component of the program is the Consultancy Major Project, which allows students to analyse a significant real-world problem for a client organisation, generating meaningful managerial recommendations and applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. This project also supports independent learning, encouraging students to critically evaluate evidence, formulate relevant questions, and develop solutions that are informed, strategic, and contextually aware. By the end of the program, graduates are equipped with the expertise, analytical skills, and strategic insight necessary to thrive in international business management, build professional networks, and drive sustainable and ethical outcomes in global enterprises.
