The Fintech and Data Analysis MBA at ARU is designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in financial technology, data analysis, leadership, and strategic management. The course explores how FinTech has transformed modern business practices, examining current trends and future directions while teaching students to apply Python to solve financial problems. Learners will gain a solid understanding of Big Data, its sources and structures, and how predictive analytics tools can be applied for financial modelling and business forecasting using both linear and non-linear methods. Alongside this, students will study key principles of marketing, considering how they apply across different business contexts and addressing the challenges brands and organisations currently face. The course also focuses on leadership and change management, combining classical and contemporary theories to help students develop their own leadership style. A strong emphasis on strategy allows students to apply analytical tools to enhance organisational performance. The program culminates in a substantial postgraduate major project, where students conduct independent research under expert supervision. Assessment methods include written assignments, portfolios, case studies, group work, presentations, and exams, ensuring graduates not only demonstrate academic achievement but also develop the wider professional and analytical skills needed in financial innovation.
