COURSE CURRICULUM

The Entrepreneurship MBA at ARU, based in Cambridge, is designed to provide a strong foundation in business development, strategy, management, and entrepreneurial thinking, while also focusing on essential areas such as finance. The course features five key modules—Developing a Proposition, Organisational Psychology in a Social Context, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Management and Strategy, and Finance for Decision Making—ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. In addition to these modules, students complete a Postgraduate Major Project, Entrepreneurial Action, which allows them to apply their learning to a significant research or business-based project, developing advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. The program blends accessible, engaging learning materials, including online multimedia resources and interactive in-class activities, with a strong emphasis on practical application. Assessment methods reflect real-world business practice and include work-based assignments, research projects, syndicate work, and group presentations. This approach ensures students are not only learning key concepts but also applying them in practical, collaborative, and professional contexts. By the end of the MBA, graduates will have gained valuable entrepreneurial skills and a clear understanding of how to build, manage, and sustain successful businesses, preparing them for leadership roles or to launch ventures of their own.
