COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA Banking and Finance at ARU is designed to provide a strong foundation in key areas of business management and finance while emphasizing practical and professional skills. The program is built around five core modules that cover applied corporate finance and financial strategy, international financial markets and investment, leadership and change, management and strategy, and principles of marketing management. These modules equip students with a solid understanding of how financial information influences decision-making and planning, as well as how international markets operate, with particular attention to investment analysis and portfolio management. Alongside finance, the course also develops expertise in business strategy, leadership approaches, and marketing principles that are applicable across both B2B and B2C contexts. A significant part of the program is the Postgraduate Major Project, which allows students to carry out substantial independent research on a topic of personal interest and professional relevance, giving them the opportunity to deepen their expertise in a specialized area. Assessment methods focus on real-world applications and include work-based assignments, research projects, syndicate tasks, and group presentations, ensuring that graduates develop strong analytical, research, and communication skills. This combination prepares students to take on leadership and management roles within the banking, finance, and broader business sectors.
