COURSE CURRICULUM

The BSc (Hons) Strategic Business and Project Management program is structured to develop strong foundations in business, strategy and project leadership, with an increasing focus on digital transformation and artificial intelligence. In Year 1, students gain an understanding of digital business, marketing principles, financial analysis and international market dynamics, while exploring organisational behaviour and the impact of AI on the future of work. This stage builds essential knowledge of how modern organisations operate in global contexts. Year 2 focuses on applied and strategic learning through modules in project management and implementation, international operations and supply chain management, and the use of AI toolchains within global businesses. Students also explore sustainable business strategies and develop employability and personal skills through the Ruskin Module. In the final year, students advance their strategic and analytical capabilities by studying the fundamentals of business and artificial intelligence, building AI solutions and strategic management. The undergraduate major project in business and human resource management allows students to apply their knowledge to a real organisational or strategic challenge. Overall, the course equips graduates with a strong blend of business acumen, project management expertise and AI awareness, preparing them for leadership roles in business, project management, consultancy and digitally driven organisations across a range of industries.
