COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of business management with a strong focus on sustainability, strategy, and leadership across three years of study. In the first year, students build essential foundations in sustainable business practices, economics, finance, and academic and professional skills, enabling them to understand how organisations operate within contemporary economic and environmental contexts. The second year broadens this knowledge by focusing on key functional areas of business, including marketing, human resource management, business technology, and legal aspects of business, while also encouraging students to consider sustainability in their long-term career development. These modules help students understand how different business functions work together to support organisational goals. In the final year, learning becomes more critical and strategic, with an emphasis on cross-border business, operational management, and the execution of business strategy in complex global environments. Students consolidate their learning through an undergraduate major project focused on leadership in practice, allowing them to apply theory to real-world business challenges. By the end of the program, graduates gain strong analytical, managerial, and leadership skills, alongside an appreciation of ethical and sustainable business practices, preparing them for a wide range of careers in modern, globally connected organisations.
