COURSE CURRICULUM

This program is structured to progressively build knowledge and skills in international business management across three years. In the first year, students develop a strong foundation in core business concepts, including digital marketing, financial analysis, and international market dynamics, alongside an introduction to organisational behaviour and the role of artificial intelligence in the future of work. Practical business understanding is supported through modules focused on how businesses operate and adapt in a digital and global context. In the second year, learning becomes more strategic and outward-looking, with a stronger emphasis on international business operations, the global political economy, and entrepreneurship. Students enhance their problem-solving and leadership skills through consultancy-based learning and project management, preparing them for real-world business challenges. The final year focuses on advanced strategic thinking and responsible management, exploring international business strategy, sustainability, and intercultural management. Students apply their accumulated knowledge through a substantial undergraduate major project, allowing them to research and address complex international business issues in depth. By the end of the program, graduates gain a comprehensive understanding of global business environments, strategic decision-making, ethical and sustainable practices, and the skills required to succeed in diverse international organisations.
