COURSE CURRICULUM

The Business and Law degree at ARU London is structured to build knowledge progressively across three years, combining core business skills with a strong legal foundation. In Year 1, students develop an understanding of sustainable business practices in the modern environment, enhance their academic and professional skills, and gain essential knowledge in business finance and economics for business. Year 2 focuses on deepening expertise in both business and legal disciplines, covering managing human resources, the law of obligations, the law of business organisations, and the fundamentals of law, alongside sustainability in career development to prepare for future employment. In Year 3, students advance to specialised legal and strategic topics, studying commercial law, law of international trade, and executing business strategy, while also completing the Undergraduate Major Project (Leadership in Practice), which allows them to apply theoretical learning to a real-world case study. Throughout the course, students develop analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, gaining the ability to understand and navigate the relationship between law and business operations. This combination of business acumen and legal expertise equips graduates for careers in corporate management, legal advisory roles, or entrepreneurial ventures, with the ability to address both commercial and regulatory challenges effectively.
