COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global MBA at Abertay provides a comprehensive program designed to develop leadership, strategic, and management skills for professionals operating in an international context. In the first term, students study Global People Management, Leadership in a Changing Environment, Contemporary Issues in Marketing, and Project Management, providing a foundation in managing teams, navigating organisational change, understanding market dynamics, and overseeing complex projects.
