COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Strategic Supply Chain Management is structured over two years to develop advanced knowledge in supply chain strategy, operations, and leadership. In the first year, students build a strong foundation through courses covering strategy and supply chain management, sourcing and supplier relationships, sustainability and compliance across value chains, and distribution and retailing. They also develop key skills in working across organisational boundaries and using data-driven decision-making to support strategic choices. In the spring semester, the focus expands to global and practical aspects of supply chains, including cross-border logistics, transportation, and smarter supply chain solutions. Students also study financial literacy, project management, humanitarian supply chain resilience, and consulting processes, enabling them to connect theory with real-world applications. In the second year, students have the opportunity to study abroad or choose elective courses, allowing them to tailor their learning and gain international experience. The final semester is dedicated to a master’s thesis in business administration, where students apply their knowledge to a comprehensive research project. This structured approach ensures a balance between theoretical understanding, practical application, and global exposure, preparing graduates for strategic roles in supply chain management and international business.
