COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Software Engineering for AI is a two-year program designed to equip students with advanced skills for building and managing intelligent software systems. In the first year, students begin with Python Programming for AI, where they develop core programming skills essential for AI development, alongside Mathematics for Intelligent Systems, which provides the theoretical foundation for machine learning and data-driven models. They also study Developing AI-Enabled Systems, focusing on integrating AI into software applications, and Data Science for working with structured and unstructured data. In the spring semester, the focus shifts to AI Systems in Production, where students learn how to deploy and maintain AI solutions in real-world environments. They also study Machine Learning and Deep Learning for building predictive models, and Research Methods in SE4AI to strengthen academic and practical research skills. In the second year, students take Advanced Software Engineering for AI, developing robust and scalable AI systems, and Developing LLM-Enabled Systems, focusing on large language models. They also study the state of the art in the field and may study abroad for international exposure. The program concludes with a Final Project Work in Computer Science, where students apply their knowledge to solve complex AI engineering challenges.
