COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Leading Change, Organisations, and People is structured over two years to develop strong leadership, analytical, and practical management skills. In the first year, students build a comprehensive foundation through courses that focus on working across organisational and cultural boundaries, corporate governance, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and strategy in uncertain environments. They also gain skills in data-driven decision-making and leading organisational development. During the spring semester, the focus shifts to personal and professional growth, including leadership development, financial literacy for managers, performance management systems, and project management across organisations. Students also study organisational change, negotiation, and consulting processes, allowing them to connect theory with real-world applications. In the second year, students have the opportunity to study abroad or choose elective courses, enabling them to tailor their education and gain international exposure. The final semester is dedicated entirely to a master’s thesis in business administration, where students apply their knowledge to a research project. This structure ensures a balance between theoretical understanding, practical application, and global experience, preparing graduates for leadership and consulting roles in international organisations.
