COURSE CURRICULUM

The Industrial Engineering and Management program with a specialization in Sustainable Supply Chain Management is structured to develop strong analytical, technical, and managerial skills over multiple years. In the first year, students build a foundation in research methods, logistics engineering, sustainable supply chains, leadership, and mathematics, followed by courses in linear algebra, finance, calculus, and statistics. This provides essential quantitative and business knowledge. In the second year, the focus shifts to core supply chain and industrial topics such as lean and green engineering, purchasing, quality management, transportation, warehousing, retailing, and sustainable business relationships. Students also gain practical experience through an industrial placement course and may have the opportunity to study abroad. In the third year, students can further enhance their international exposure through exchange studies or electives, followed by advanced courses in leadership, organization, and social responsibility in supply chains, culminating in a final project. Optional courses such as circular economy, data analytics, IT in supply chains, and simulation allow further specialization. A fourth year may include additional program-specific courses depending on the chosen degree path. Overall, the curriculum combines theory, practical experience, and international opportunities to prepare students for careers in sustainable supply chain management.
