COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor in International Management is structured over three years to gradually build foundational knowledge, specialized expertise, and global experience. In the first year, students develop a broad understanding of business and economics through courses such as marketing, microeconomics, financial reporting, organisation and leadership, and macroeconomics, alongside applied statistics and sustainability-focused entrepreneurship. This year establishes a strong base in how businesses operate within economic systems. In the second year, the program becomes more specialized, focusing on global strategy, international management, applied strategy, corporate finance, and supply chain management. Students also study topics such as responsible leadership, business venturing, digital transformation, and data analytics, while having the flexibility to choose elective courses. This stage strengthens both analytical and strategic thinking skills in an international context. The third year emphasizes global exposure and practical application, allowing students to study abroad or take electives in the first semester. In the final semester, students complete advanced courses in project and process management, international business law, and research methods, culminating in a bachelor’s thesis in business administration. This progression ensures students gain a comprehensive understanding of international business along with practical and research skills.
