COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor in International Economics is structured over three years, gradually building from foundational knowledge to advanced analytical and practical skills. In the first year, students develop a broad understanding of business and economics through courses such as marketing, microeconomics, organisation and leadership, financial reporting, and macroeconomics, along with applied statistics and sustainability-focused entrepreneurship. This year establishes a strong base in both theoretical and practical aspects of business and economic systems. In the second year, the focus shifts toward specialization and analytical development, with subjects including corporate finance, data management and visualisation, intermediate microeconomics and macroeconomics, econometrics, and mathematics for economics. Students also explore international economics in greater depth and apply their knowledge through analytical courses, while having the flexibility to choose electives. The third year emphasizes global exposure and practical application, allowing students to study abroad or take elective courses in the first semester. In the final semester, students complete advanced courses such as applied econometrics, project and process management, and international business law, culminating in a bachelor’s thesis in economics. This structured progression ensures students gain comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and international experience.
