COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA consists of 60 ECTS credits and offers a comprehensive curriculum that develops advanced business management and leadership capabilities for today's global marketplace. The program begins with Global Markets and People Management, providing an understanding of international business environments and effective workforce leadership. Students then study Marketing and Commercialization in International Environments to develop strategies for global markets, followed by Intellectual Capital and Talent Management, which focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining human capital. Organizational and Business Strategy equips students with the skills to formulate and implement competitive business strategies, while Finance for Decision-Making strengthens financial analysis, budgeting, and investment decision-making abilities. The Entrepreneurship and Internationalization module encourages innovation, business creation, and expansion into international markets. Strategic Management: Analytics from the Customer Perspective develops data-driven decision-making skills by using customer insights to improve business performance and competitive advantage. The Supply Chain: Transforming and Competing through Operations module explores operational excellence, logistics, and supply chain optimization to enhance organizational efficiency. Finally, the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Track introduces students to emerging technologies and their applications in business, enabling them to leverage AI-driven solutions for innovation, strategic planning, and improved organizational performance.
