COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is structured to provide a strong foundation in strategic business management through a focused and practical curriculum. It begins with Current Socioeconomic Context, where students examine global economic, political, and social trends that influence business decision-making. The Organizational Strategy module develops the ability to design and implement strategies that improve organizational performance and long-term competitiveness. Strategic Management builds advanced leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, enabling students to address complex business challenges and lead organizational growth in dynamic environments. The program concludes with a Master’s Final Project, allowing students to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the course to solve a real-world business problem or conduct strategic research. In addition to the core modules, students complete 6 ECTS of external internships, providing valuable professional experience and strengthening their employability. They can further personalize their studies by choosing a 6 ECTS minor in areas such as Marketing Trends, Business Management, Tech Trends, or New Leadership, with the option to pursue an additional specialization. The program also offers international learning opportunities through partnerships with leading universities and business schools. After completing the master’s degree, students may participate in an optional one-week international residential program at partner institutions, gaining global exposure, expanding their professional networks, and enhancing their understanding of international business practices and leadership in diverse cultural and organizational settings.
