COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Supply Chain Management & Logistics is a 60 ECTS programme designed to develop advanced knowledge and leadership skills in logistics, operations and end-to-end supply chain management. The curriculum begins with Supply Chain Planning, where students learn to manage demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing and distribution while optimising supply chain efficiency and performance. The programme then focuses on Business and People Management with an ESG Mindset, enabling students to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into business strategy while developing leadership, organisational management, ethical decision-making and people management skills. In the Decision-Making and Innovation: Simulations, Analysis, and Technologies module, students apply analytical tools, business simulations, digital technologies and data-driven approaches to solve operational challenges, improve supply chain processes and support strategic decision-making in complex business environments. The programme concludes with a Final Master’s Project, where students independently apply the knowledge and practical skills gained throughout the course to analyse a real-world logistics or supply chain challenge and develop innovative, evidence-based business solutions. Throughout the programme, students strengthen their analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership and project management abilities while learning to optimise operations, manage resources efficiently and improve organisational productivity. Graduates are well prepared for careers in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, operations management, inventory planning, transportation, warehouse management, manufacturing, consulting and global business, with the expertise to lead strategic supply chain initiatives and drive operational excellence in multinational organisations.
