COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Project Management is a 60 ECTS programme designed to prepare future project managers and business leaders to successfully plan, execute, monitor, and deliver complex projects in fast-changing global business environments. The curriculum develops expertise in project planning, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, team leadership, quality assurance, and strategic decision-making while equipping students with the skills needed to manage projects across a wide range of industries. Students begin by exploring business operations and project management in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environments before progressing to project work planning, resource allocation, scheduling techniques, and performance measurement. The programme also emphasizes leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and effective team management to improve project outcomes. A dedicated module on Agile Project Management introduces modern project methodologies such as Agile practices and prepares students for internationally recognised professional certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). The programme concludes with a Master’s Final Project, allowing students to apply their knowledge to solve a real business challenge through practical research and strategic planning.
