COURSE CURRICULUM

The program is organised into four terms to provide a structured and in-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management. In Term 1, students build essential academic and analytical foundations through study methods, operational research, project management, and quality management, which develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Term 2 expands on business and operational knowledge with modules such as logistics and project support, business organisation, total quality management, and marketing, offering a broader perspective on how logistics integrates with overall business functions. In Term 3, the focus shifts to specialised areas, including supply chain management and numerical methods, enabling students to analyse complex systems and optimise logistics processes using quantitative techniques. Finally, Term 4 emphasises practical experience and academic research through an internship and a dissertation, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings and explore a specific topic in depth. Overall, the program combines theoretical learning, technical skills, and hands-on experience, preparing students to effectively manage logistics operations and contribute to organisational success in a global business environment.
