COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration at Nanyang Institute of Management consists of six modules totaling 180 credit points and is designed to develop advanced managerial, strategic, and research capabilities for leadership roles in modern business environments. The Fundamentals of Senior Management module provides students with a strong understanding of key management principles, leadership practices, and organizational operations necessary for senior-level decision-making. Through The Strategic Manager module, students learn how to analyze complex business situations, formulate strategic plans, and lead organizations effectively in competitive and changing markets. The Corporate Finance module equips students with financial management knowledge related to investment decisions, financial analysis, budgeting, and corporate financial strategy. Contemporary Management Challenges explores current global business issues, organizational change, innovation, and leadership challenges faced by businesses in dynamic international environments. The program concludes with the Strategic Business Project, which serves as the MBA dissertation and requires students to apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program to a significant business issue. This project may involve qualitative or quantitative research and analysis and is completed under the guidance of a project supervisor.
