COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Science in Construction and Project Management at Nanyang Institute of Management offers a specialized curriculum that combines construction expertise, project leadership, sustainability, and international business management. Students study Environmental Management, gaining knowledge of sustainable construction practices, environmental regulations, and strategies for minimizing the ecological impact of construction projects. Research Methods training equips students with analytical and investigative skills necessary for conducting professional and academic research, including data collection, evaluation, and problem-solving techniques. The program concludes with an MSc Dissertation, where students independently apply their knowledge and research capabilities to a significant construction or project management topic.
