Students learn to analyze stakeholders, manage business impacts, and understand essential functions including accounting, human resources, marketing, and operations.Courses like Change and Innovation and Business Transformation and Change focus on equipping students to contribute to and manage change within organizations. Leadership, planning, and operational competencies are developed through courses such as Introduction to Leadership, Business Planning, and Operations Management and Compliance.Specialist topics are covered in Introduction to Finance, Commercial Law, and Introduction to Accounting and Taxation, which prepare students to understand legal and financial aspects of running a business. Project management is emphasized through Managing Projects, Project Management, and Advanced Project Management, where students learn planning, execution, and agile methodologies.The Cooperative Education Project is a capstone course offering hands-on industry experience, integrating academic learning with real-world application.
