COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Artificial Intelligence syllabus at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is designed to provide students with a balanced foundation in business management and advanced AI applications. In Semester 1, core modules such as Globalisation, Society and Culture, Marketing Management, Micro Economics with a global perspective, and an introduction to Research Methods prepare students for their final project and establish a broad understanding of management in an international context. Alongside this, specialisation modules like Ethics in Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Business introduce students to the ethical challenges of technology and the practical use of AI in organisational settings. Semester 2 builds on these foundations with advanced core modules, including Research Methods for the final project, The World Economy, Financial and Strategic Management, and a Project Module consisting of three weeks of applied project work connected to the final project. Specialisation modules in this semester focus on Applied Artificial Intelligence, where students gain practical experience with AI tools and methods, and Digital Security and Crisis Management, which highlights the importance of protecting digital systems. Semester 3 is dedicated to professional-based learning through a work placement and the completion of the final project, allowing students to apply theory directly to real-world business and AI challenges.
