COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in Engineering at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is delivered in an intensive block format, allowing students to study two modules every six weeks in highly international and interdisciplinary classrooms. With six entry points each year, the program offers flexibility and a dynamic learning environment for full-time and part-time students. Each module includes six teaching days divided into two blocks of three days and uses interactive teaching methods such as lectures, tutorials, case studies, presentations, live projects, and guest sessions from industry professionals. In Semester 1, students build a strong foundation in essential business and management disciplines through modules such as Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Management Accounting & Finance, Operations Management, International Management, and Information Management. These subjects help students develop strategic, financial, leadership, and operational skills. In Semester 2, students move into specialised engineering-focused modules, including Engineering Project Management, Technical Innovation & Product Development, Business Statistics, Strategic Management, and Zero-Energy Buildings & Energy Transition. These modules provide advanced knowledge in managing engineering projects, fostering innovation, understanding sustainable technologies, and making data-driven strategic decisions. Throughout the program, students also study Research Methods and participate in three project weeks that encourage teamwork, practical application, and problem-solving. The course concludes with a Final Project, where students apply their academic knowledge and industry insights to a real-world business or engineering challenge. This comprehensive structure prepares graduates for leadership roles in engineering, technology, and sustainable innovation sectors.
