COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBA in Digital Transformation at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is delivered in an intensive block format, where students study two modules every six weeks in highly international and interdisciplinary classrooms. With six entry points each year, the program offers flexibility and a dynamic learning environment for full-time and part-time students from around the world. Each module includes six teaching days split into two blocks of three days and uses interactive teaching methods such as lectures, tutorials, case studies, presentations, live projects, and guest speaker sessions from industry experts. In Semester 1, students build a strong foundation in essential business disciplines through modules such as Management Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, International Management, and Information Management. These subjects develop strategic, financial, operational, and leadership skills needed in modern business. In Semester 2, students focus on specialised digital transformation topics, including Digital Innovation & Business Transformation, Business Statistics, Data Analytics & Visualisation, Strategic Management, and Digital Disruption & Strategy. These modules help students understand how emerging technologies and digital trends reshape industries and business models. Throughout the program, students also study Research Methods and participate in three project weeks, which prepare them for the Final Project. This combination of business fundamentals, digital expertise, and practical learning equips graduates with the knowledge and skills to lead innovation and manage digital transformation effectively in global organisations.
