COURSE CURRICULUM

The MBM program at the University of Applied Sciences Europe (UE Amsterdam) is structured over four academic terms within one year, combining theoretical foundations with applied, practice-oriented learning. It is designed to develop a comprehensive and work-ready skill set in international business, management, and digital transformation. In the first part of the program, students study core modules such as International Business Development & Control, Customer Centric Management, Human Capital Management, Globalized Value Chain & Digital Management, Entrepreneurial Thinking & Digital Models, Advanced Research Methodologies, and Corporate Framing with a focus on financials and group accounting. These modules build a strong understanding of global business operations, organisational behaviour, financial management, and research skills. In the second part, students take International Strategic & Digital Marketing to strengthen their strategic marketing capabilities in a global context. They also choose one elective module from options such as Interdisciplinary Elective, Artificial Intelligence and Business, or Innovation Management in Business, allowing them to specialise according to their interests. The program concludes with a substantial Master Thesis (14 ECTS) and a Master Thesis Colloquium (1 ECTS), where students apply their knowledge to an in-depth research project. Overall, the MBM combines academic rigor with practical application, preparing graduates for leadership roles in international business environments, consulting, innovation, and strategic management across industries.
