COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in Commercial Management is designed to be completed in one year, providing a fast-track route to a master’s degree while developing advanced analytical and strategic skills. The program begins with a core curriculum, which forms the foundation for your studies and covers essential modules in financial management, human resource management, operations management, and strategic management. This phase focuses on teaching students how to implement effective and inclusive HRM policies, optimise organisational processes, analyse financial documents, and develop strategic decision-making skills through interactive methods such as simulation games. After completing the core curriculum, students move into the specialisation phase in Commercial Management, where they deepen their knowledge of commercial strategy, marketing, sales, and customer relationship management, and learn how to translate insights into practical business applications. In the final stage, students participate in a development program and conduct graduation research within their chosen specialisation, applying theory to real-world challenges. The structure is flexible, allowing students to transfer to another specialisation if desired. Upon successful completion of all modules, projects, and research, graduates are awarded a Master of Business Administration degree with a Commercial Management annotation, preparing them for leadership roles where they can influence business strategy, drive revenue, and deliver sustainable growth in competitive markets.
