COURSE CURRICULUM

The bachelor’s program in Business Management focuses on business administration, management, entrepreneurship, and business development, preparing students to understand how organisations operate and compete in dynamic markets. Throughout the program, students learn how to analyse market trends, respond effectively to changes, and develop strategies that help organisations grow and remain competitive. The curriculum combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience and includes modules on professional development and practice-oriented research. Students also participate in inspiring masterclasses, international study trips, and internships at well-known companies, giving them valuable industry exposure. During the four-year program, students can select a minor to broaden or deepen their knowledge in a specific area of interest. The program also emphasises the development of essential business skills such as managing budgets, identifying and reaching target audiences, and creating strategies that support organisational success. Students learn to support their business decisions with data and analytical insights. Courses related to business and organisations help students understand effective management, risk control, and the optimisation of business processes, while also exploring topics such as organisational growth, change management, company culture, and personnel policy. Practical experience is a key part of the program, including a twenty-week internship where students build their CV and personal development plan. An optional Honours program during the summer offers additional academic and professional challenges for motivated students.
