COURSE CURRICULUM

The Interior and Design curriculum within the Business Management bachelor’s program focuses on developing knowledge in business administration, business development, management, and entrepreneurship while applying these concepts to the interior and design industry. The program teaches students how to remain competitive in a changing market and respond effectively to new trends and developments. In addition to core business subjects, students take modules related to professional development and practice-oriented research, helping them build both academic and practical skills. The course includes inspiring masterclasses, international study trips, and internships with well-known companies, providing students with valuable real-world experience and industry exposure. During the four-year program, students also select a minor to broaden or deepen their knowledge in a specific field. The program emphasises essential business skills such as managing budgets, identifying and reaching target audiences, and creating strategies that support the growth and success of organisations. Students also learn to support business decisions with data and analytical insights. Courses related to business and organisations teach how to manage companies effectively, handle risks, and optimise processes while gaining insight into organisational growth, change management, company culture, and personnel policy. Practical experience plays an important role, including a twenty-week internship where students build their CV and personal development plan, along with preparation for a graduation research project and the option to participate in an Honours program.
