COURSE CURRICULUM

The bachelor’s program in Business Management focuses on developing knowledge and skills in business administration, business development, management, and entrepreneurship. The program teaches students how to stay competitive in a changing market and respond effectively to trends and industry developments. Along with core business subjects, students take modules related to professional development and practice-oriented research, helping them build both academic and practical skills. The program includes inspiring masterclasses, international study trips, and internships at well-known companies, giving students valuable exposure to real business environments. Over the four-year course, students also choose a minor to broaden or deepen their knowledge in a particular area of interest. A strong emphasis is placed on developing essential business skills such as managing budgets, identifying and reaching target audiences, and designing strategies that support the growth and success of organisations. Students also learn to support business decisions using data and analysis. Courses related to business and organisations teach how to manage companies effectively, handle risks, and improve business processes while gaining insight into organisational growth, change management, company culture, and personnel policies. Practical experience is a key part of the program, including a twenty-week internship where students create a personal development plan and strengthen their CV. An optional Honours program during the summer provides additional academic challenges and opportunities for personal and professional development.
