COURSE CURRICULUM

The Nanobiology master’s program continues the interdisciplinary approach established at the bachelor level, integrating physics and biology to provide a comprehensive understanding of biological systems at the nanoscale. Core courses focus on advanced topics such as high-resolution imaging and microscopy techniques, allowing students to observe and analyse cellular and molecular structures with precision. In addition, courses on modelling of complex systems equip students with the theoretical and computational tools necessary to simulate and understand intricate biological processes.Beyond the mandatory curriculum, students have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of elective courses, enabling them to tailor their studies to specific interests and career goals. This combination of compulsory and elective courses ensures that graduates develop both a strong foundational knowledge and specialised expertise in areas relevant to nanobiology research and applications. Through this curriculum, students acquire the skills needed to pursue careers in biomedical research, biotechnology, and related fields, or to continue with PhD-level studies.
