COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum of the master’s program in Supply Chain Management is structured to provide a strong foundation in both theory and practice while allowing students to specialise according to their interests. Core courses cover essential topics such as Supply Chain Fundamentals, Purchasing and Supply Management, Supply Chain Decision Analytics, Facility Logistics Management, Sustainable Supply Chains, Distribution Networks, and Research Methods and Skills. These courses equip students with the knowledge and analytical skills necessary to design, optimise, and manage complex supply chains effectively.In addition to the core courses, students complete a master’s thesis, allowing them to apply theoretical concepts and research methods to a real-world supply chain challenge. The program also offers a wide range of electives, enabling students to deepen their expertise in specific areas. Examples of elective courses include Supply Chain Simulation, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Forecasting, Ports in Global Networks, Introduction to Commodity Trade & Supply Networks, Health and Humanitarian Logistics, SCM Company-Based Research Project, Behavioral Operations Management, and Closed-Loop Supply Chains.
