COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum of this master’s program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required for strategic entrepreneurship and business innovation. Core courses cover essential entrepreneurial capabilities, including identifying and creating opportunities, validating business ideas, pivoting when necessary, scaling startups, and exploring corporate entrepreneurship. Students also gain methodological training in either qualitative or quantitative research in strategic management and entrepreneurship, alongside practical experience through the Research Clinic and career preparation via the “Your Future Career” course.Electives allow students to deepen their expertise in specialized areas such as technological transformation, entrepreneurial bootstrapping, corporate venturing, and new business development. Other options include applied machine learning for strategy and entrepreneurship, global strategy, social entrepreneurship, and impact strategy. Courses such as “The Strength of the Wolf is the Pack” focus on ecosystem thinking in strategic management, while “Scaling Up and Strategies for High Growth” and “Influence and Persuasion” prepare students to navigate complex organizational environments.This combination of core and elective courses ensures that graduates are well-prepared to launch their own ventures, lead corporate innovation initiatives, or contribute to high-growth organizations.
