COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master in Human Resource Management and Organisational Change combines lectures with practical, interactive learning methods, including small group work on business cases, team assignments, skills training, presentations, and sessions with visiting lecturers and practitioners. Students develop analytical and research skills throughout the program and are required to complete an individual thesis on a topic of their choice.The curriculum is structured around core courses such as Strategic People Management, Managing the Organisational Environment, Leading Organisational Change, People Analytics, Research Methods, Professional Development and Consulting, and the Master’s Thesis. In addition to the core courses, students can choose from three elective tracks tailored to specific career goals. The Organisational Development and Change track includes courses such as The Science of Organisational Change and the Art of Changing Organisations, Advisory Skills, Sparking Social Change, Negotiation, and Managing Diversity. The Human Resource Leadership track focuses on High Performance Leadership, Managing Diversity, Talent Acquisition, Negotiation, Leadership Development and Training, and Sales Force Leadership. The Generalist track allows students to select from a wide array of electives across both specialisations, including Advisory Skills, High Performance Leadership, Managing Diversity, Negotiation, Talent Acquisition, and Sparking Social Change.This combination of core knowledge, elective specialisation, and practical learning ensures graduates are equipped with the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills necessary to manage people and organisational change effectively in diverse international business environments.
