COURSE CURRICULUM

The MSc in Business Administration curriculum is structured over two semesters, combining core courses, practical projects, and professional development to provide a comprehensive understanding of business management.In the Autumn semester, students take courses in Entrepreneurial Challenge, Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, and Business Analytics and Management Research. Alongside these, the Personal and Professional Development course supports skill-building in areas such as leadership, communication, and career planning, ensuring students are prepared for professional challenges.The Spring semester focuses on advanced topics, including Corporate Finance, People and Organisations, and Corporate Governance. Students also engage in a Consultancy Project, applying their knowledge to real-world business problems, and complete the MiM Master Thesis, conducting independent research under supervision. The Personal and Professional Development course continues, supporting students in refining their skills and preparing for the transition to the workforce.Overall, the curriculum balances theoretical knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience, preparing graduates for versatile careers in business, consultancy, management, and leadership roles across various industries and international contexts.
