COURSE CURRICULUM

Human Resource Management in Practice provides 8 ECTS credits and 200 learning hours focused on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employment legislation and strategic workforce planning. Employee Development also consists of 8 ECTS credits and 200 learning hours and develops knowledge of training, learning and development, talent management and succession planning strategies that support employee growth and organisational success. The programme concludes with the Major Project, a substantial independent study worth 26 ECTS credits and 650 learning hours, where students demonstrate their ability to apply advanced management and human resource knowledge to solve a complex organisational challenge through research, consultancy or strategic analysis.
