COURSE CURRICULUM

The BA in Management programme at Global College Malta consists of a carefully structured curriculum designed to develop comprehensive business knowledge and practical management skills across a variety of disciplines. As students progress to higher-level modules, they explore Logistics and Supply Chain Management, gaining insight into the movement of goods, procurement processes and supply chain optimisation in global markets. Marketing Management equips students with knowledge of consumer behaviour, branding, market research and promotional strategies necessary for business growth and competitiveness. Effective Leadership develops leadership capabilities, communication skills and the ability to motivate teams and manage organisational change successfully. Research Methods prepares students to undertake academic and business research by developing analytical, investigative and data interpretation skills.
